1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the DuonexoAI platform ("Service") operated by DuonexoAI ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Services

DuonexoAI provides access to generative artificial intelligence models including image generation, video generation, audio generation, text generation, 3D model creation, and image upscaling. These services are powered by third-party AI infrastructure and are offered on a credits-based prepaid model.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account to circumvent the free credits policy.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Credits & Billing

Credits are prepaid and non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. Key terms:

• 1 Credit = ₹1 (Indian Rupees). Credits are used to pay for AI generation runs.
• Credits never expire as long as your account remains active.
• New accounts receive 10 complimentary credits upon registration.
• Credits cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash.
• Prices for individual models are displayed in the platform and may change with notice.
• All payments are processed securely by Cashfree Payments.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use DuonexoAI to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory.
• Create deepfakes, non-consensual intimate imagery, or content that impersonates real individuals.
• Generate content that infringes any third-party intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform's API infrastructure.
• Create multiple accounts to exploit free credit promotions.
• Use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable Indian or international laws.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts and report violations to relevant authorities.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any content you create using DuonexoAI, subject to the terms of the underlying AI models. DuonexoAI retains ownership of the platform, interface, and technology.

You grant DuonexoAI a limited licence to process your inputs through AI models solely to provide the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

DuonexoAI provides the Service "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for credits in the last 30 days.
• AI-generated content may be inaccurate, offensive, or unexpected — you use it at your own discretion.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, unused credits are forfeited unless a refund request is submitted within 7 days per our Refund Policy.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
